2. 我们收集的信息2. Information we collect

• 报名信息：邮箱地址、姓名（用于开通课程与发送学习邮件）。Enrolment information: email address and name, used to grant course access and send course emails.
• 支付信息：支付由持牌第三方支付服务商处理。我们不会接收或存储你的完整卡号、有效期或安全码。Payment information: payments are processed by a licensed third-party payment provider. We do not receive or store your full card number, expiry date or security code.
• 订单信息：订单号、购买产品、金额、币种、支付状态（用于对账、退款与售后）。Order information: order number, product purchased, amount, currency and payment status, used for reconciliation, refunds and support.
• 技术信息：IP 地址、浏览器与设备类型、访问页面（用于安全与统计）。Technical information: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, used for security and analytics.

3. 我们如何使用信息3. How we use your information

• 开通并维护你的课程访问权限；Grant and maintain your course access;
• 发送课程相关邮件（开通通知、学习指引、直播提醒），你可随时一键退订；Send course-related emails (access notice, study guidance, live session reminders) — you can unsubscribe at any time;
• 处理付款、退款与订单查询；Process payments, refunds and order enquiries;
• 防范欺诈与滥用，履行法律义务。Prevent fraud and abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

我们不会出售你的个人信息。We do not sell your personal information.

4. 支付处理4. Payment processing

结账由持牌支付服务商完成，其遵循支付卡行业数据安全标准（PCI DSS）。你的银行卡信息直接提交给该服务商，不经由我们的服务器。Checkout is handled by a licensed payment provider that complies with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS). Your card details go directly to that provider and never pass through our servers.

5. Cookie 与类似技术5. Cookies and similar technologies

我们使用必要 Cookie 保存你的语言偏好，并可能使用基础统计了解页面访问情况。你可以在浏览器中禁用 Cookie，但这可能影响部分功能（例如语言记忆）。We use essential cookies to remember your language preference, and may use basic analytics to understand site usage. You can disable cookies in your browser, but some features (such as language preference) may stop working.

6. 信息共享6. Sharing your information

我们仅在必要范围内与以下服务方共享信息：支付服务商（完成收款）、邮件服务商（发送课程邮件）、课程平台（承载课程内容与访问）。除法律规定或你明确同意外，我们不会向其他第三方披露。We share information only where necessary with: our payment provider (to collect payment), our email provider (to send course emails), and our course platform (to host content and access). We do not disclose to other third parties except where required by law or with your explicit consent.

7. 数据保留7. Data retention

我们在实现本政策所述目的所需期间内保留你的信息。订单与财务记录按适用税法要求保留相应年限；课程访问信息在你注销或请求删除前保留。你可以随时要求删除。We keep your information for as long as needed for the purposes described above. Order and financial records are retained for the period required by applicable tax law; course access information is kept until you delete your account or ask us to remove it. You may request deletion at any time.

8. 你的权利8. Your rights

• 访问、更正或删除你的个人信息；Access, correct or delete your personal information;
• 撤回同意，或随时退订课程邮件；Withdraw consent, or unsubscribe from course emails at any time;
• 反对或限制某些处理活动；Object to or restrict certain processing;
• 向所在地数据保护机构投诉。Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

9. 儿童隐私9. Children's privacy

本服务不面向 13 岁以下儿童，我们不会有意收集其个人信息。若你发现儿童向我们提供了信息，请联系我们删除。Our service is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided us with information, contact us so we can delete it.

10. 跨境传输与安全措施10. International transfers and security

我们的服务方可能位于你所在国家/地区之外，你的信息会因此在跨境环境下被处理。我们通过传输加密（HTTPS）、访问控制与最小权限原则保护数据，但没有任何在线系统能做到绝对安全。Our providers may be located outside your country, so your information may be processed internationally. We protect it with transport encryption (HTTPS), access controls and least-privilege practices — though no online system can be absolutely secure.

如本政策有重大变更，我们会在本页更新并调整生效日期，必要时通过邮件告知已报名的学员。If we make material changes, we will update this page and revise the effective date, and where appropriate notify enrolled students by email.
