1. 条款的接受1. Acceptance of these terms

当你在本网站报名、付款或使用课程内容，即表示你已阅读并同意本条款。如不同意，请不要使用本服务。本条款与《隐私政策》共同构成你与我们之间的完整约定。By enrolling, paying for or using our courses on this website, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. These terms together with our Privacy Policy form the entire agreement between you and us.

2. 我们提供什么2. What we provide

• 五天体验营 $9.9：5 场直播带练及回放，回放自购买日起 30 天内可看。Five-Day Trial $9.9: five live practice sessions with replays; replays remain available for 30 days from purchase.
• 365 录播课 $66：12 节完整录播课程，终身回看，自主安排进度。365 Recorded Course $66: twelve full recorded lessons with lifetime access, at your own pace.
• 365 全年陪跑 $365：全部录播课程（终身回看）+ 一年期直播带练 + 学习资料包 + 优先答疑。Full-Year Mentorship $365: all recorded lessons (lifetime access) + one year of live practice sessions + study materials + priority Q&A.

含直播的档位通过 Zoom 进行，报名后我们会把会议链接与日程发送到你的邮箱，每场均有回放。Plans that include live sessions run on Zoom. After enrolment we email you the meeting link and schedule; every session is recorded.

3. 交付方式3. Delivery

全部课程为线上数字内容，无实物商品、无物流运输。付款成功后，课程访问权限与学习资料会发送到你付款时使用的邮箱，通常在付款确认后 24 小时内开通（最长不超过 48 小时）。若超过 48 小时仍未收到，请联系客服邮箱，我们会人工补发。All courses are digital online content — there are no physical goods and nothing is shipped. After payment succeeds, course access and study materials are emailed to the address used at checkout, usually within 24 hours of payment confirmation (and no later than 48 hours). If you have not received access after 48 hours, contact our support email and we will grant it manually.

4. 价格、币种与税费4. Prices, currency and taxes

所有价格以美元（USD）标示。结账时你可能看到以其他币种显示的金额，那是支付服务商按当日汇率换算的参考值，实际扣款金额以发卡行或钱包最终结算为准。汇率与跨境手续费由你的发卡行或钱包方决定，我们不额外收取。价格不含你所在地可能适用的增值税、商品服务税或类似税费。All prices are shown in US dollars (USD). You may see an amount in another currency at checkout — that is a reference conversion by our payment provider at the day's rate, and the amount actually charged is determined by your card issuer or wallet. Exchange rates and any cross-border fees are set by your issuer or wallet provider; we charge nothing extra. Prices exclude any VAT, GST or similar taxes that may apply in your location.

5. 付款与账单显示5. Payment and billing descriptor

付款由持牌第三方支付服务商处理，我们不会存储你的完整卡号。你的账单或交易记录上显示的商户名称可能与网站品牌名不同，如对此有疑问请先查看本页「运营主体」一节的主体名称，或联系客服确认。Payments are processed by a licensed third-party payment provider and we never store your full card number. The merchant name shown on your statement or transaction history may differ from our website brand name. If you are unsure about a charge, first check the entity name in the "Legal entity" section above, or contact support.

6. 退款政策6. Refund policy

• 五天体验营：自购买之日起 7 天内，可申请全额退款。Five-Day Trial: full refund within 7 days of purchase.
• 365 录播课 / 365 全年陪跑：自购买之日起 30 天内，可申请全额退款。365 Recorded Course / Full-Year Mentorship: full refund within 30 days of purchase.

申请方式：发一封邮件到 hello@yryx365.com，说明订单邮箱与购买档位即可，无需说明理由。退款原路退回你的原支付方式，通常 5–10 个工作日到账（具体以发卡行或钱包处理时间为准）。退款完成后课程访问权将关闭。超过上述期限的退款请求，我们会按个案协商处理。How to request: email hello@yryx365.com with your order email address and the plan purchased — no explanation required. Refunds are returned to your original payment method, typically arriving within 5–10 business days (depending on your issuer or wallet). Course access is closed once the refund is completed. Requests outside the periods above are handled case by case.

7. 订阅与自动续费7. Subscriptions and auto-renewal

本课程均为一次性付款，不存在自动续费、周期性扣款或免费试用转付费。你只需付款一次，此后不会再被扣款。「365 全年陪跑」中的「一年」指服务有效期为一年（录播课程终身回看），并非每月或每年重复收费。All courses are one-time purchases. There is no auto-renewal, no recurring billing and no free-trial-to-paid conversion. You pay once and will not be charged again. In "Full-Year Mentorship", "one year" refers to the service period of one year (recorded lessons remain accessible for life) — it is not a monthly or annual recurring charge.

8. 账号使用规范8. Acceptable use

课程访问权仅限你本人使用。请勿共享账号、转售课程内容，或将录播视频、音频、资料包上传至任何公开平台。违反者我们有权在不退款的情况下终止访问。我们同时保留就侵权行为追责的权利。Course access is for your personal use only. Do not share your account, resell the content, or upload lesson videos, audio or materials to any public platform. We may terminate access without refund for violations, and reserve the right to pursue infringement claims.

9. 知识产权9. Intellectual property

课程视频、音频、图文资料及相关商标的著作权与所有权归我们所有。报名仅授予你个人的、不可转让的观看使用权，不构成任何权利的转让或许可。Copyright and ownership of all course videos, audio, text, graphics and related trademarks belong to us. Enrolment grants you a personal, non-transferable right to view the content only, and does not transfer or licence any other rights.

10. 健康与安全免责声明10. Health and safety disclaimer

本课程属于传统文化教学与身心锻炼内容，不构成医疗建议、诊断或治疗，也不能替代专业医疗意见。练习前请根据自身身体状况量力而行；如你有心血管疾病、骨关节损伤、孕期或其他健康状况，请先咨询医生。练习过程中如感到不适，请立即停止。你自愿参与练习并自行承担相应风险。These courses are traditional cultural teaching and physical exercise. They are not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and are no substitute for professional medical opinion. Practise within your own limits. If you have cardiovascular conditions, joint injuries, are pregnant, or have any other health condition, consult a doctor first. Stop immediately if you feel unwell. You take part voluntarily and at your own risk.

11. 责任限制11. Limitation of liability

在法律允许的最大范围内，我们不对因使用或无法使用本服务而产生的间接、附带或后果性损失承担责任。我们的累计赔偿责任不超过你为该课程实际支付的金额。本条不影响你依法享有的、不可排除的消费者权益。To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the service. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you actually paid for the course. Nothing here limits consumer rights that cannot be excluded by law.

12. 变更、暂停与终止12. Changes, suspension and termination

我们可能更新课程内容或调整服务安排，但不会降低你已购买档位的核心权益。如遇不可抗力或技术故障导致服务暂停，我们会尽力尽快恢复；若长期无法提供，将按未使用部分比例退款。严重违反本条款的，我们可终止你的访问。We may update course content or adjust scheduling, but will not reduce the core benefits of the plan you purchased. If service is suspended due to force majeure or technical failure, we will restore it as quickly as possible; if it cannot be provided long-term, we will refund the unused portion pro rata. We may terminate access for serious breaches of these terms.

13. 适用法律与争议解决13. Governing law and disputes

本条款适用香港特别行政区法律。如发生争议，双方应先友好协商；协商不成的，提交香港有管辖权的法院处理。本条不影响你作为消费者在所在地依法享有的强制性保护。These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. In case of dispute, the parties shall first seek an amicable resolution; failing that, the matter shall be submitted to the courts of competent jurisdiction in Hong Kong. This does not affect mandatory consumer protections available to you in your place of residence.

14. 条款更新14. Changes to these terms

我们可能修订本条款，修订后会在本页更新并调整生效日期。重大变更会通过邮件通知已报名学员。继续使用本服务即视为接受更新后的条款。We may revise these terms; we will update this page and the effective date accordingly. Material changes will be notified by email to enrolled students. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
